  • You are curious. You embrace the motto, be a learner, not a knower. You are at a point in your life where you are looking to uncover something more (even, or especially, if you aren't quite sure exactly what that is). You know there is a reason you love yoga and all that it offers, but want to learn more about why that is true for you. 

  • You are beginning your yoga journey. You are new(ish) to the practice and philosophy of yoga and want to create a strong foundation around the basics. Each individualized session is uniquely designed with your specific needs in mind, and intentionally planned to encourage YOU to accept exactly where you are in this moment, as you move you toward the places you want to go. Curious what you may learn or gain? 

  • Learn safe, proper alignment of asana (yoga postures), modifications for your own unique body to make your practice more effective and pain free, and how to use properly use props to support your time on the mat.

  • Gain comfort in practicing pranayama, and gain insight on how to use ancient breathing techniques to not only deepen your practice, but reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep IRL

  • Connect the physical benefits of your practice to the holistic life philosophy that yoga can offer. Yoga can be so much more than the shapes you make with your body, and the real magic comes when you XXXX
