Hiya. I’m Molly.

Recovering perfectionist, curious student of life, wearer of many hats, and passionate yogi.

Registered yoga teacher for small groups, private sessions, corporate yoga in Madison, WI

After spending over a decade growing a successful consulting career and family—hello hubby and 3 energetic kiddos—I discovered (or finally admitted to myself) that something was missing. While it appeared to those around me that I had it “all,” I spent many a day swirling in negative thoughts: rehashing the past or fretting about the future. It was time for a change.

I began the journey back home to myself. I started really showing up for ME—shifting boundaries, pursuing therapy to heal my inner child, following my passions (hey there, yoga) and more. I shifted my mindset to focus on authenticity OVER perfection and began to see everyday failures as an opportunity to take control of my own life.

Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.”

–Brené Brown, Author + Storyteller

Don't get me wrong, change didn't happen overnight—and I'm still hard at work every day. But these small, intentional shifts allowed me to come HOME to myself, which in turn allows me to show up for those in my life who need me most.

Be kind to yourself. Practice non-judgement. Think of self-love as a muscle to strengthen, rather than something you either have or do not. Life will always be messy and hard, but being kind(er) to yourself along the way can change the game.

I want to help you come home too—mentally, physically + spiritually.

My teaching style is all about encouraging you to honor exactly where they are at this very moment, while continuing to work toward where you want to be. Helping you embrace your own truth and journey each and every day, both on and off your mat.

xo, Molly

My Teachers

As a passionate student of life, I will forever be grateful for the teachers I have practiced with directly and for all those who came before them. While my practice and my teaching are uniquely my own, THANK YOU to each amazing teacher I have had the opportunity to learn from - you have gifted me with inspiration, challenged the physical and emotional limits of what yoga means to me, and sparked a curiosity that I look forward to exploring in the years to come.

Find your breath. Create stillness. Build strength. Show yourself a little bit of LOVE.

And most importantly—SHOW UP.

Join me on your mat!
