Join Molly for a 4-week series focused on relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation, all from the comfort of your own home.
Each session will include slow, mindful stretching, simple breathwork, and conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of conscious rest, with countless benefits including better sleep, reduced anxiety, and feeling more connected to oneself.
This practice is for everyBODY. Absolutely no experience or understanding needed to participate.
