Timing
Classes are 45 minutes each and begin at 6:15am
Class Descriptions
Barre
No barre needed—counters or chairs work just fine! This class incorporates the principles of ballet-style movements. It blends strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning into a total body workout.
Bootcamp
This interval training class has it all! Using a varied mix of formats, this class combines cardio, strength training and core conditioning to leave you stronger and exhilarated.
Cardio FLOW
Find your flow! This Vinyasa-style class combines a breath-to-movement practice with both long holds and cardio bursts, and ends with Savasana. You'll finish feeling both energized and balanced.
Yoga Sculpt
Ready to get your sweat on? This vigorous fitness class combines the flow of a yoga practice with light weights, cardio moves and a bumpin' playlist. Efficiently build strength and mentally prepare for whatever your day has in store.
